Grilled Pizza
Recipe
Tofu Burritos
I have been going a little burrito crazy lately. I used tofu that I had been marinating in BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and a little garlic and cooked it in a cast iron pan with a few shakes of Tabasco sauce. Then I warped the burrito with lettuce and dipped it in salsa.
I think I stir fry in my wok at least once a week. This stir fry has tofu, snap peas, broccoli, yellow squash, zucchini, and spinach.
The cookbooklet is nice and compact and contains six of my best recipes:
black bean burgers, tempeh burritos, granola, fruit and nut energy bars, lasagna, and sesame peanut noodles.

Whoa, that grilled pizza is mouth-watering. I'm going to have to check out *that* recipe.
Your recipes always look delicious. Is there any way to get a copy of that cookbooklet?
Congratulations on finishing your booklet- I know that figuring out and transcribing recipes is really time-consuming and intense labor- I know your friends will really appreciate it.
You've convinced me- this summer, I'm totally giving grilled pizza a try. I love anything better when it's grilled!
Everything looks delicious here - I'll take one of each, please! =) Love the title of your booklet, too. The sesame peanut noodles sound especially appealing.
Nice weather!! Bring it on, bay-bee.
Your grilled pizza is right up my alley. GORGEOUS!!!
How do i get a cookbooklet!? Can i send you a SASE!?!?
I can't beleive you're 16 and you cooked all this! Do you know what I lived on when I was 16? Mostly chips and pizza. Ugh.
You go, girl!
Happy belated Vegan-iversary! Everything looks so good. I love your little cooklet. I'm sure your family and friends are going to enjoy making the recipes.
Thanks for sharing the lasagna recipe. I'm not a huge fan of the ricotta tofu stuff either and since I cook for omni's, I need less obvious "fake" things. Your recipe sounds great.
I am so excited to find a young vegans food blog! they are a bit rare. everything looks delicious, and your booklet is so cool. i also would like to know if i could get a copy =)
anyway, of course you can post the recipe! it's completely fine by me.
Laura- Thank you for your approval of my title. I was not sure if it was too cutesy.
Bazu- Please tell me how your grilled pizza turns out.
Kati- Thank you, sorry again for posting a million comments, I needed to clear up some memory on my computer.
Urban Vegan- I still live on [grilled] pizza and [pita] chips.
Midwest- the lasagna is really appealing to the non-vegans in my family.
Emily, kleo, jamie- thanks for asking for a cookbooklet but i don't want to give out my mailing address. I would be happy to e-mail you the recipes if you would like.
Kate, I thought I had commented earlier - sorry!
Grilled pizza is the best! If it ever quits raining here, pizza will probably be the first thing we grill. It tastes just like the brick oven pizzas.
You are awesome to print up those recipe booklets. Now I'm going to check out those recipes again.
Kate - I had to stop by and let you know that I tried your black bean burgers. My omni family LOVED them (even my brother). I'm going to post about them later this week but I wanted to thank you for sharing the recipe.
love the title too!
that food looks very good!
I am slow to getting around as of late, but I am so glad I did. I missed telling you Happy Blog Birthday, but better late than never! Congrats on your booklet, looks awesome. I am going to make some of the fruit and nut bars you posted below. Hope your school year ends well and that you have a summer of wonderful food ahead!
