SUMMER TIME... and the livin's easy
Guess what? I am officially on summer vacation! For Father’s Day I made my dad biscotti and we ate it with espresso (I have an espresso machine). The farmer’s market was up for the first time but it was pretty bare. I plan on going every weekend. Yesterday I went to the beach with my friends for the first time of the year. It rained but we still had a great time. We stopped at this great soft serve Italian ice place with ices that were so creamy, they tasted like ice cream.

I am a 17 year old full time high school student and I have been vegan since April 2006. I love to cook, bake, and eat everything and anything...that is healthy and vegan (With the occasional treats).I love working out, photography (I shoot with my Nikon D50, my pride and joy), and I absolutely love the beach.
